Birch–Eucalyptus Sauna Whisk
What it is:
A traditional sauna whisk made from natural birch and eucalyptus branches, approximately 50 cm long.
Materials:
Natural birch and eucalyptus branches.
Why we like it:
One of the most recognisable elements of Finnish sauna culture. Birch gives the classic fresh sauna character, while eucalyptus adds an aromatic, refreshing note.
How to use:
Use gently to pat the skin during the sauna and enjoy the natural aroma released by the warm leaves.
Lavender Essential Oil — 10 ml
What it is:
Genuine 100% lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), created for aromatherapy and relaxing home rituals.
Key ingredient:
100% Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil.
Why we like it:
Soft, calming and beautifully suited to the slower mood of Lake Evening. Emendo describes lavender as relaxing, soothing and balancing.
How to use:
Use a few drops in a suitable aroma diffuser or oil burner according to the product directions.
Brown Sauna Hat
What it is:
A linen-cotton sauna hat designed to protect the hair and scalp from intense sauna heat.
Materials:
60% linen, 40% cotton.
Why we like it:
It makes the gift feel much more complete and authentic, while the warm brown and natural tones fit the Lake Evening mood perfectly.
Fit:
One size, suitable for men and women, with an adjustable Velcro fastening at the back.
Sisu Sauna Fragrance — 500 ml
What it is:
A Finnish sauna fragrance created to add an aromatic atmosphere to the sauna.
Formula note:
Emendo states that Sisu contains 100% essential oils and no synthetic perfumes.
Why we like it:
The name Sisu gives Lake Evening an unmistakably Finnish personality. It also comes in a generous 500 ml bottle, making it practical for many sauna sessions.
How to use:
Mix approximately 50 ml of sauna fragrance with 3 litres of water, then use the scented water on the hot sauna stones.
Black bath brush
What it is:
A practical long-handled bath brush designed to make washing hard-to-reach areas, especially the back, easier.
Why we like it:
Simple and genuinely useful. It adds an everyday, practical element to the sauna ritual rather than being included just for decoration.
How to use:
Wet the brush and skin, use gently with soap or body wash, rinse after use and allow to dry thoroughly.
Peat Soap — 180 g
What it is:
A traditional Finnish peat soap designed to cleanse the skin while helping it maintain its natural moisture balance. Suitable for all skin types.
Ingredients:
Sodium Stearate, Sucrose, Sorbitol, Aqua, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laurate, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, EDTA, Titanium (IV) Oxide, Peat Extract.
Why we like it:
Dark, earthy and distinctly Nordic. The peat gives this box a deeper Finnish character and pairs beautifully with the forest and sauna elements.
How to use:
Wet the soap, work into a lather, cleanse the skin and rinse thoroughly.
Romantic Rose Sauna Honey — 150 g
What it is:
A moisturising and nourishing Finnish sauna honey made with genuine floral honey and 100% essential oils.
Ingredients:
Mel, Cymbopogon martinii, Aniba rosaeodora, Citrus bergamia, Rosa centifolia, Pelargonium graveolens, Citrus aurantium L, Styrax benzoin, Geraniol, Linalol.
Why we like it:
A softer, more indulgent contrast to the earthy peat soap and Sisu fragrance. The floral character makes the final part of the sauna ritual feel especially comforting.
How to use:
Apply a thin layer to clean skin during the sauna ritual and rinse off after use according to the product directions.
