Online orders & partner locations

Online purchases through SAUNA & TUNES are completed and paid for directly through our online store. Our partner locations do not collect payments or handle returns on our behalf.

Order preparation

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch on the next business day after payment has been received.

Certain items, including optional premium gift packaging sourced after an order, may require additional preparation time.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email whenever tracking is available.

Delivery times

For standard deliveries within Germany, the estimated transit time is currently 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Including the usual order preparation, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–9 business days after payment has been received.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times for other destinations depend on the destination and shipping provider. Weekends, public holidays and unusually busy periods may affect delivery times.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the parcel and damaged item.

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
