14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this period and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Return condition

Returned items should be sent back complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. If an item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and function, a reduction in value may apply.

Return shipping costs

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Please package returned items carefully. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos where possible.

For confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will arrange an appropriate solution and you will not be charged the necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, for example to personalised goods, certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed, and digital content where performance has begun after the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been provided.

Any applicable exception will be clearly stated before purchase.
