We carefully prepare every SAUNA & TUNES order for its journey to you.

Shipping destinations

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. We currently focus on customers in Germany and Europe.

Shipping costs

For deliveries within Germany, shipping is based on the total parcel weight: up to 2 kg €6.19; over 2 to 5 kg €7.69; over 5 to 10 kg €10.49; over 10 to 20 kg €18.99; over 20 to 31.5 kg €23.99. For other available delivery destinations, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. The applicable shipping charge is shown before you place your order. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Online orders & partner locations

Orders placed through our hotel and wellness partners are completed and paid for directly through the SAUNA & TUNES online store. These partners do not collect customer payments or handle returns on our behalf. Direct purchases may also be offered at SAUNA & TUNES's own in-person events.

Order preparation

After payment has been received, orders are generally prepared for dispatch on the next business day. Preparation may take longer for certain items, including optional premium gift packaging sourced after an order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email whenever tracking is available.

Delivery times

For standard deliveries within Germany, the estimated transit time is currently 5–8 business days after dispatch. Including usual order preparation, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–9 business days after payment is received. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times for other destinations depend on the destination and shipping provider. Weekends, public holidays and unusually busy periods may affect delivery times.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the parcel and damaged item. We will be happy to help find a solution.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Local delivery & collection in Koblenz

Free same-day delivery within Koblenz city limits, subject to order time, stock availability and delivery arrangements. Alternatively, collect your order from our existing pickup location by appointment. Please contact us to arrange delivery or collection.
