Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. We currently focus on customers in Germany and Europe.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and parcel size. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Online orders & partner locations

For a simple and secure experience, all Humming Glow purchases are made directly through our online store. Our partners do not handle cash or customer payments.

Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email whenever tracking is available.

Delivery times

For deliveries within Germany, standard delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times for other destinations depend on the destination and shipping provider.

Please note that weekends, public holidays and unusually busy periods may affect delivery times.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the parcel and damaged item.

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Local delivery

Local delivery may be available in Koblenz and selected surrounding areas.

Where same-day local delivery is available, the relevant option, delivery area and any applicable charge will be shown during checkout.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for every order.
